When someone from Alabama notices his mother is passed out on the couch drunk and decides to take the opportunity to rape her. Commonly used as a form of revenge when your brother steals "your girl". Usually occurs in a trailer park.
Bruce: Hey Tim...looks like mom is passed out drunk again!
