What is Mousewhip?

To rapidly move through an electronic, or computer generated document, training regime, job rquirements etc. without regard to content, learning, retention, or consequences, while using the computer mouse as the device to fill out all required fields, tests, and related computer retained documents.

This definition is based on the term pencilwhip.
