What is Mouth St. Helens?

The act of 6 or more men surrounding a female who is kneeling down between them. Each male takes a turn ejaculating in her mouth and she is not aloud to spit or swallow the ejaculation. When the last male ejaculates in the females mouth, she will lay on her back and the last male will spread apart his buttocks cheeks and sit his anus directly over her mouth. He then reaches both hands behind his back and slaps the females cheeks causing the ejaculate from the females mouth to shoot out into his anus.
