A male teacher, typically a ginger, who is exceptionally do-able. He is rather sarcastic and pessimistic, but still has an irresistible charm about him. Mr. Courtneys are guilty of flirting with students, and the students flirt right back. A Mr. Courtney usually teaches more than one subject, including Social Studies. Long story short Mr. Courtney is a T.I.L.F.
