What is Mr. Llama?

An underground porn lord who markets his product towards adolescents and infants. He calls his merchandise "Llama Candy" and frequently tries to hand out ordering forms which he has on his person at all times. He also has an anonymous partner who supplies him with all sorts of degrading footage for free.
He also carries a Sniper Rifle which has never hit it's target.
