What is Mr. Maybe?

The non-committal male. They might refer to it as "being spontaneous," or "flying by the seat of their pants," but quite simply it is the inability to commit, after all, something or someone better might come along.
girl: "hey, want to go see a movie later?"
mr. maybe: "um, maybe"
