A nickname used to describe a "friend" who is in possession of a lot of money, in which you only hangout with them to barrow money if you're a couple of dollars short.
Jack:"Hey Bill."
Bill(Mr. Moneybags):"Hey Jack, whats up?"
Jack:"Oh I just got fired and I gotta pay my rent today."
Bill(Mr. Moneybags):"That sucks."
Jack:"Yeah, hey you think you could spot me some cash to pay it?"
Bill(Mr. Moneybags):"Sure. Anything for a friend."
Jack:"Thanks, bye!"
Bill(Mr. Moneybags):"No problem, bye."
Later
Jeff:"Hey Jack, what where you talk to that loser Bill for?"
Jack:"Oh I just had to talk to Mr. Moneybags."
