A once popular chat server, Msn Chat was reduced to only letting chatters of 18 or over to join. In the UK, the MSN Chat service was closed down on the 14th October 2003 to "provide consumers with a safer, more secure and positive overall online experience." The popular section of the MSN website has now become "People & Groups"
