What is Mt. Ord?

Located near the quaint high desert town of Sunflower, AZ. Mount Ord is a record breaking 8,000+ feet high and can be seen from the Phoenix Valley. Atop it is a fire lookout tower. The south side is grassy and sparsly populated with trees. The north side is completely covered in trees and is awesome. Mt. Ord is one of the only places on earth that receives a 8 out of 8 on the howie rating scale.
