What is Muahcity?

A city designed for a special girl (insert name here)that has unlimited kisses anywhere anytime. Similar to Pleasuretown in theory, Muahcity is for the more romantic. It is a theoritical place one can go to anytime with anyone to recieve the most kisses they want.
