Mucinex DM comes in a green box with either 20 or 40 pills in it. A lot of people use these to get high. Only take 9 your first time. The high is just like Triple C's. They're half yellow half white pills. They smell really bad and taste really bad. You can olny swallow 2 at a time. They make a lot of people throw-up, but it you can get past all that, it's an amazing high. Don't do them a lot though because they tear up your stomach lining and they're highly addictive. They can end you up in the hopsital on an overdose and you will either get your stomach pumped or have to drink nasty charcoal.
She's paranoid because she took too many mucinex.
