A reference to describe someone who's got a hot body but also has an ugly face, or if the first thing you notice is their ugly face. This cover the whole scale of uglyness, a less refined man/or woman may find a muck face attractive.
Pete: That chick playing pool is a hootie!
Gary: No way she's got terrible muck face.
Pete: Look at her body man?
Gary: True but I can't look at her face for too long, and your just desperate!
Pete: Your right, but that's why they invented doggy style! Alright!
