A thick patch of pubes (pubic hair) that resides just above, and into, the crack of ones ass. This is not in reference to a small bit of hair, but rather to a patch of some considerable girth.
In playing basketball, using the traditional shirts and skins method: "I don't want to guard him on the post, he has a total muff butt."
