What is Muffin Curl?

The roll of flesh that appears over the waistband of a tight pair of trousers / skirt. Akin to the overhang out of the top of a muffin case.

I know I don't look fat but my fucking trousers are tight and I've got a right old muffin curl going on (Asquith, 2005)
