What is Muffin-top?

The fat bulge resulting from a person (usually women) who wears pants that are too tight along with a halter/tube top.
That fat bulge looks somewhat like the top of a muffin, hence the name.
"I guess that fat chick used the money on an extra Big Mac instead of bigger pants and a whole shirt."
Respectable woman: "What the hell is that fat bitch thinking going out in public like that?!"
I would use an example with "muffin-top" in it, but what the hell type of urban slang is muffin-top? Corporate America is not urban

The phenomenon resulting from the trend in tight low-rise jeans coupled with midriff baring shirts on girls who should not be wearing them, causing a spillage of fat resembling the top of a muffin spilling out of its paper.

Muffin-top: When someone's fat spills out of their tight, or too low cut for their figure pants and hangs over the sides like a muffin. This phenomema usually occurs in tandem with what is supposed to be a belly shirt, but becomes a reason for someone else to start a diet.
