When a woman has a full grown frontal and rear pubic region.
A Muff is the front hair, and the rear hair can be described as the opposite of a muff - therefore being a Ffum.
Put the two together and you have yourself a Muffum.
Joan's Muffum is out of control, she really needs to trim the jungle.
