What is Muftobration?

When a person like a skinny girl or someone comes up to you and says, "Man, I'm so fat" just because they know that you will then say, "No you aren't, you're fine!". They say something just to get a compliment and they are using Muftobration.
Sarah said to john, "I'm such an ugly girl and no boy likes me." Detecting the Muftobration in the sentence, John quickly countered it with the remark, "You're damn right you are!"
