What is Muggit?

The person who takes the last cup of coffee from the pot, usually in a public setting (i.e. work, meetings, etc.) and fails to make another pot. Originally appeared as one of Rich Hall's Sniglets.

Who's the muggit? Dammit! Why do I always have to make another pot?
