What is Muh Huh?

A pitiful (half assed) forced laugh given to accent a stupid comment, or to add flavor to an awkward silence. Usually used at the end of a sentence.

My teacher is going to be mad at me if I'm late for class again...But I don't even care....Muh Huh!!!
