A system or computer software where the number of claims have been maximized and the amount of usefulness minimized; anything with lots of functions, all of which are useless.
Our company just bought this piece of crap software for compliance tracking. It has a hundred worthless screens that need continuous feeding with a hundred worthless documents. What a truly multiuseless user experience.
