What is Mumbassa?

A "mumbassa" is a particular style of snooker shot playable only on a full size table. This shot is all about power nothing else and is only played when a realistic pot is not available (in most cases cross table shots) You must basically hammer the cue at the white ball aiming in the general direction of the ball which you are looking to pot. A "mumbassa" gets the full attention of the other player and all spectators including those who are not watching the game. In most cases this shot doesn't merit a pot and usually rearranges the entire table. Potting a "mumbassa" usually generates joy, outrage, euphoria and other extreme feelings but in all cases demands respect.
