What is Munkrat?

A person who is cosidered 120% annoying to all other human beings. In some cases the person has the physical traits of a monkey and a rat.

Example 1:

Mom - "Daniel stop bothering your sister."

Daniel- "but mom Daniela is being such a munkrat."

Example 2:

Damn that kid over there looks like a munkrat.
