Someone who thinks it's coolto wear a full suit all the time, drink "old man drinks" like Guinness, write with a fountain pen, vote conservative, speak/write using proper English etc. Essentially someone who tries to act like a toff, but ends up looking a fool

A: Have you seen Chris lately, he's wearing a suit, and carrying an umbrella and an executive briefcase and he said he's trying to buy a pipe and slippers off eBay

B: Yeah I know, he's always been like that.

A: But isn't that unusual for people from Yorkshire? I mean, shouldn't he be wearing a flat cap?

B: Yeah, he thinks he looks suave or something
