A person who is so enthralled with music that they talk about it with a passion usually reserved for sex. They sometimes reach semi-orgasmic states while listening or playing their favorite tunes! A musicsexual will always be found with their ipod plugged in, smiling, bobbing their head in sync with the music playing.
