Vulgar: in genoese dialect (dialect of Genoa, Italy), it means vagina. Often used meaning a lie. In plural (musse) it indicates plaints brought by a particularly complaining person.
ex: lie. This is a mussa = this is a lie.
ex plaint. You are full of musse = you are always complaining
