What is Mutedown?

Mutedown is when someone ie..your boyfriend/girlfriend won't speak to you. They ignore you and give you the silent treatment. It's like the opposite of lockdown.
For example,
You would tell your bff: "He won't even answer his cell or text me back."
BFF: "Girl, he got you on mutedown."
