What is N64 Palms?

Occurs when playing Nintendo 64.
Specifically during a game where you are required to move the joystick clockwise or counterclockwise very quickly and use your palm instead of one dinky finger. This results sometimes in the formation of calluses, and definitely uncomfortable pain for the next few days.
Most common cause: Mario Party mini-games (cast aways, tug o' war, deep sea divers...ect)
Jon: Hey you want to go throw the baseball?
Adam: No, I have fucking N64 Palms because i was playing Mario Party for 3 hours yesterday.
Jon: So did I.
Adam: But you used your thumb for tug o' war you pussy, i used my palms and thats why i won, but now my N64 Palms kill like a mofo.
