What is Nábla?

The term bestowed upon a woman, (or a man), who acts like a fool. The word was taken from the character Nábla in the Irish Leaving Certificate play, 'An Triail', as Nábla was quite slow.
"Did you see the state of her in the pub last night? Ya she was acting the right fucking Nábla"
