What is Nacho Bar?

A sexual act in which two men have oral and vaginal/anal sex with a woman who is on all fours while eating a plate of nachos (can be as simple as chips and cheese) off of her back.

While this act could be performed using a variety of other foods, it would no longer be a Nacho Bar.
