What is Nadervote?

idealistic action which can cause troubling consequences in an non-ideal world.
(etymology - comes from people who voted for Ralph Nader since he was the best candidate, but since we don't live in anything close to an ideal world/democracy caused the troubling consequences of two Bush terms.)
"Marrying that girl was such a nadervote, WTF was he thinking?"
"Communists suffer from a severe case of nadervoting."
