When someone does and or says something that is either stupid, extremely funny, or you just feel like messing with them, you call them a nafer.
"I fell down the stairs and then ran into the wall."
"You're such a nafer!"
"I thought we were going to the movies tonight."
"No, that's what we were going to do tomorrow you nafer!"
