adj. A word usually used in reference to a friend in a context that would seem to be offensive but really isn't; intended to arouse shock amongst passing strangers for its similarity to the offensive word nigger.

Friend 1: C'mon nagr, we're gonna be late!

Friend 2: I'm going as fast as I can, nagr!

Passing Stranger: You two should be ashamed of yourselves!
