What is Name-kill?

whenever your on a first person shooter game such as halo or call of duty with your freinds, and you kill one of them, and exclaim their name with 'kill' at the end.
'ha i just got a martinkill!'
'you stole my sibbokill!'
'i dont know your name but you got a name-kill !'
