Nampon is the term used for a 'Nasal' 'Tampon'. It orignates from the Latin 'Nikaton', the verb 'to soak up'. A nasal tampon (Nampon) is used for nosebleeds and for everyday spillages. They can be stored easily in a small pocket for anyone who suffers from frequent nosebleeds.
A person who suffers from Nosebleeds frequently can be called a Nampon Head!
Claire had a really bad nosebleed so she put a 'nampon' in her left nostril.
