What is Nancini?

Common, rural, slang for an absolute cunt. Can be over patronising (Nan) and (Cini) refers to the element of cunt they embody. Usually adopting a teaching, or dictatoral, role they tend to be overbearing and insulting.
Telling someone to shut up despite being noisy yourself is being a Nancini.
