derived from narcolepsy: a sleep disorder characterized by "sleep attacks".
when you are telling a bad joke or story and want to end it immediately without finishing it you simply say "narca" and drop your head to your side pretending to fall asleep.
you can also "narca" someone else.
"so this guy was walking down the street and he looked a lot like my brother so I said hey......oh forget it...NARCA" (pretends to fall asleep)
when your friend kim is telling a bad story and you want it to stop: "NARCA THAT SHIT"
