n. one who completely oversteps their boundaries but believes it is their responsibility to do so. Their behavior is disgusting and amoral to most but seems perfectly reasonable to them. Often manifests itself in one who has a strictly professional relationship with someone but decides to deeply and directly interfere in the personal life of the other person without any right to whatsoever.
Don't talk to her over there. She's a Narea. If you even give her any idea that you want to be even a professional acquaintance, she'll take it upon herself to bother you about your life outside of work.
