A piece of clothing this does not compliment the persons skin tone at all. It often makes the person look altogether naked.
Susan: Did you see that really tan girl today?
Bob: Yeah. wasn't she naked?
Susan: I dont think so. her shirt just matched her skin so well.
Bob: Oh! She was pulling a Narelle! How misleading!
