NaruGaa is short for the pairing of Uzumaki Naruto and Sabaku no Gaara (Gaara of the Sand in the english) in the anime/mangaNaruto is can also be called GaaNaru, NaruGaara, or I've even heard if called Narura or Gaato (I know, lame)
