Similiar to Sasunaru, this is when Naruto is Seme and Sasuke is Uke. This is much less common than SasuNaru, but the none the less, has plenty of fandom.

Yaoi (boyXboy) pairing from the popular manga/anime Naruto consisting of the ever since rivals/best friends NARUto Uzumaki and SASUke Uchiha.

Deepest relationship in Naruto; the term "NaruSasu" has Naruto top during anal sex and in the relationship - avoiding that Naruto is turned into the "weeping wuss" often depicted by SasuNaru doujin artists, the majority of which NarutoXSasuke fans turn to.
