A word used to describe someone with irrevocably bad taste, whether it be fashion, music, etc.
Billy and Jimmy go to the mall to buy shoes. Jimmy points at a pair of red sneakers with silver and orange stripes. Jimmy says,"Gee wiz, I'd love to purchase a pair of those swell shoes!" Billy looks at them and says,"Damn, thats Nasta-taste!"
