The utter and complete stage of ignorance. Also described as the absolute stage of narrow-mindedness. One in this state is unable to be negotiated or reasoned with. Also, when in this state, it is very common for the person to feel like he or she is completely right in every way possible. One is also extremely stubborn.
The only advice you can give to someone willing to talk to a person in this state is: "Good luck".
