A subclass of butterface, Nazi face refers to a girl who looks good from behind, but when she turns around reveals herself to be much, much older than you thought, or else just plain fugly. The terms derives from the fact that you wish you could just "not see" her face.

Man, I saw this girl at the bus stop, she was lookin' good until she turned and burned me. She was like fifty-eight! A full-on Nazi face.
