What is Nebica?

A name gifted to one person and one person alone.
The name is gifted to an individual, not at birth, but at a later moment in time. When they are ready to receive that name. The name is not Special in anyway, other than that the person gifted with that name is the only person known to have ever received it, making it special in it's own way. naming yourself after it only ruins it's sacredness.
The name was created by the one who currently lives by it. It is to belong to her and her alone. Though anybody can have a special non-conformist name...if they create it themselves.
I was tired of sharing my name with the world so I created Nebica Okamiai. It is my special name, and mine alone (i'm not giving anyone my full name or anything, this is a nickname, -if you could call it that- and not technically a LEGAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE name. So i'm not breaking any privacy rules, even to myself)
