What is Neck-beard?

A person who is highly intelligent, socially inept, and obviously spends too much time on the computer playing games like WoW or EVE, where he is a God-Amongst-Men. They are easily identified by their neck hair and clean shaved face, or a Neck Beard.
Wow, that Neck-Beard just sits in his room and plays EVE all day. And yet he still has A's in his classes. Fucking Neck-Beard.
