What is Necromagus?

A nickname based upon the Latin for "dark wizard". This person generally profiles himself as a crazed chef de cuisine, complete with a psychotic meatloaf, which is his weapon of choice. He will randomly fling at unsuspecting bystanders.
*Cruiser watches as Necromagus slides his pet meatloaf down to Rick. A gutteral howl is heard as the meaty mass flings itself at Rick's throat.
