What is Necrotasking?

The exact opposite of multitasking, accomplishing absolutely nothing. Necrotasking usually happens when you plan to pull of something (or several things) in a limited period of time, but get completely sidetracked and end up doing nothing.
Person 1: Hey man, are you studying for all the tests we have tomorrow?
Person 2: I wish. I've been necrotasking since I got home. I'm screwed.
