A term which originated amongst baby goth chicks in the late 1990's. The phrase "needs to do it", following a proper noun, such as a name, implies dead sexiness or otherwise attractive qualities.
Goth Chick 1: OMG, I love Marilyn Manson. I wanna have little mansonite babies!
Goth Chick 2: Twiggy's so hot. Twiggy needs to do it.
