What is Neegh?

Noise/Sound:
A sound made by a person when they do not like the idea of doing something or multiple things. It can also be used to show stress at something failing, disappointment, or upset-ness.
This sound can be extended or shortened as necessary, usually based on how great the level of realization or disappointment is.
John: "I have to do heaps of homework tonight.."
Mother: "Fuck you john. Do the dishes."
John: "neegh... mom, why are you such a faggot?"
Mother: "Shut the fuck up and start working."
