What is Nefro?

A caucasian person who emigrates from the ghetto part of London to a small town in which he or she becomes the only non black person who acts like a black person. Also known as a wigga in a predominantly white area.

Aleks is a nefro. He moved from the ghetto to Carlisle blud.

G is a nefro in Bristol blud. White mans look at him confused.
